Delivery Information
Achilles Heel can deliver orders worldwide. This includes delivery via the British Forces Post Office.
When we despatch orders
All orders will be dispatched within 24 hours of your order being placed if the requested items are in stock. Orders received before 2pm are despatched the same day (except Fridays when the cut-off is 12pm. Any orders received after this time and during the weekend will be despatched on the following Monday).
Out of stock items
If a product is out of stock after you order or we can only deliver part of your order we will contact you straight away, either by email or by phone. On contact with you we will explain the situation and offer any available alternatives, one of which will include canceling your order.
Should you decide to leave any product on back order, you can contact us at any time for an update on the order or you can log into your online account to check status of your order.
Delivery costs
We calculate postage according to your delivery choice: either delivered to your chosen address or picked up directly from our shop in Glasgow in person.
When we deliver, postage will only be charged on the initial payment for any part orders we dispatch. We will charge no further postage on any items we dispatch thereafter.

Deliveries picked up in person from Achilles Heel
Orders will be ready to collect within 24 hours of ordering (excluding weekends). Please note that when you pick up your order in person you need to bring along the following items:
- Order confirmation
- Proof of identification (e.g. driving licence, student card)
