Online Returns policy

Achilles Heel offers a 'no quibble' returns policy. All items can be returned for an exchange or a full refund. If you intend to return any items, print out the Achilles Heel Returns Form and send it back with your order.

Important

All returns and exchanges must be received in new condition, without sign of wear and in their original box with all tags and attachments that originally came with your purchase. Please do not tape or deface the shoe box. Manufacturer's defects are required to be returned within 28 days of purchase.

We will return all monies by the same method of payment originally used.

Please note we suggest using Recorded/Special delivery at your local Post Office to send the goods back to us, especially if the item is high in value. We can't accept liability for returned products that get lost during transit.

Who pays postage on returned items?

Unfortunately we are unable to reimburse any postage costs on returned items. Please note that there will be a postage charge to ship the replacement goods to you.

To return an item

To return an unsuitable or faulty item you have two options which must be made within 28 days of purchase:

If you ordered online
In the first instance please send an email to info@achillesheel.co.uk with your Order ID, name, daytime telephone number, address and the problem you have with your purchase. We will confirm if everything is ok for a refund or exchange.
Print out and fill in the Achilles Heel Returns Form and send with your order to Achilles Heel, 593 Great Western Road, Glasgow G12 8HX. Please ensure that you obtain a certificate of postage as your insurance against loss or damage.
In the case of a refund your credit / debit card will be credited accordingly and for exchanges an additional delivery charge applies.
We'll send an email as confirmation when we have completed the procedure.
If you live close by you can return your online order in person at our shop but we will still need an online Returns Form. Please note that the refund will be processed online, not in the shop.
If you purchased from our shop
Please bring your goods back into the shop with a copy of your sales receipt within 28 days and we will happily refund/exchange your goods. Sale items will not be refunded but we can offer an exchange or a credit note.
