Choose either a Web Gift Voucher or a Traditional Paper Gift Voucher.
We generate a voucher code which we then email to you. Then when you order from our online shop you enter this code on the shopping basket page. |
We post an old-style paper gift voucher to your address so you can come into our shop (in Glasgow, UK). Ideal if you need to try on your running gear before buying. |
The difference between the two
Both types of gift vouchers can be purchased online, the difference is down to how you spend each voucher type.
A Web Gift Voucher can only be used to pay for your products via our online shop, whereas the Traditional Paper Gift Voucher cannot be used online, instead it lets you pay for your products in person (at our shop in Glasgow, UK).
Redeeming a gift voucher
Rest assured, whichever type of gift voucher you have, redeeming them at Achilles Heel is simple and straight forward.
Web gift vouchers
To use your Web Gift Voucher you need to have a copy of the voucher code we issued by email when the voucher was originally purchased. Simply add your desired products to your basket. On the basket page enter your voucher code into the Voucher form and submit it. We'll check that the code is valid and what it's worth before calculating your new basket total. If you lose your web voucher code let us know and we can cancel your original code and re-issue a new one.
Traditional paper gift vouchers
To use your Traditional Paper Gift Voucher you need to produce the voucher instore to redeem against your goods. This voucher may be exchanged for goods of a higher price than the face value of the voucher on payment of the difference. This voucher cannot be exchanged for cash. Mutilated, damaged or defaced vouchers cannot be exchanged. No Liability will be accepted for the replacement or refund of lost, stolen or destroyed vouchers.
Vouchers in credit
After redeeming your voucher, if there's any credit left we will issue you with a new voucher. In the case of Web Gift Voucher we will email you a new voucher code when you order.
