Blair

Blair is a fully qualified HPC registered podiatrist/chiropodidist with a Masters in Sports Injuries of the Lower Limb. She has 13 Years NHS experience all over the UK and private practice with elite athletes.

Specialist in Biomechanical Assessments and Bespoke Insoles as well as all aspects of Chiropody (nail cuts and callous to nail surgery).

Blair has been interested in competitive sport forever. Won her first sailing international at fifteen and rowing Scottish at seventeen. She continues to compete at international level in sailing.

More recently has taken up curling with two European championship wins in the last few years and is still competing with the Welsh ladies team.
