What is an RSS Feed?
Ok, here's the technical description of what RSS is (quoted from Wikipedia):
RSS is a family of XML file formats for web syndication used by news websites and weblogs. They are used to provide items containing short descriptions of web content together with a link to the full version of the content. This information is delivered as an XML file called RSS feed, webfeed, RSS stream, or RSS channel.
In simple terms RSS allows you to get notified of new content from your favourite websites... like Achilles Heel!
Does 'RSS' stand for anything?
RSS is referred to as Really Simple Syndication.
What do you do with RSS?
You read the headlines (and other new content) from all your favourite web sites. You read them with an RSS Reader.
What is an RSS Reader?
